We take great care to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. Any noticeable signs of wear, marks, defects, or imperfections will be clearly disclosed within the product listing.

Where available, customers may purchase an independent third-party authentication certificate for additional peace of mind.

Returns

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or issue that was not disclosed in the product description or photographs, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Evidence of the issue, including photographs, may be required before a return is approved.

Refunds

Where a return is approved due to an undisclosed fault, damage, or authenticity concern, customers may choose between:

  • Store credit equal to the purchase value.

Approved refunds will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected.
